1. In a small saucepan, warm 150 ml of milk until it’s lukewarm.
2. Add the dry yeast to the lukewarm milk and let it sit for a few minutes until it becomes frothy.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and Manitoba flour.
4. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and add the frothy yeast mixture.
5. Add the remaining 100 ml of milk, eggs, and sugar to the bowl.
6. Mix the ingredients until a dough forms.
7. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes or until it becomes smooth and elastic.
