Chicken and Potato Lasagna: A Delicious Twist on a Classic Dish

In a pan, over medium heat, heat the olive oil and fry the onion and garlic for 4 minutes. Next, add the chicken, tomato sauce and sauté for 3 minutes. Then, add the cream cheese, salt, pepper, and parsley, and mix everything together.

Now it’s time to prepare the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into thin slices using a mandolin and soak them in water until you’re ready to use them.

In a greased medium-sized baking dish, layer the chicken mixture, followed by a layer of potatoes, another layer of chicken, and finish with a layer of provolone cheese on top.
